B2B product opportunities: Recommended for you
With the help of customer demand signals (of Amazon Business) and your current listings, Amazon Business creates recommendations that might be a good fit for your business on Amazon.
You can download the report to view all the recommendations.
Note: Amazon refreshes the data every week.
You can see the following data in each recommendation.
Seller_id
Id of the seller who requested the report.
Asin
It’s the unique Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) for the product that is listed on Amazon. If the ASIN isn’t listed, it means the product is not listed on Amazon.
itemName
The title of the product.
Link
A hyperlink to the Amazon product detail page.
Brand
It’s the brand name of the product.
Category
The primary product category (on Amazon).
Example: Office products
subCategory
It is the secondary product category.
Example: Computer Monitors
lowestPriceInTheLastWeek
The lowest priced offer on the product in the last week. It excludes shipping price.
hasFBAoffer
True: It means at least one Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) offer exists on the product.
False: It means there are no FBA offers for the product.
offerCount
It denotes the total number of active offers on each product (including Amazon Retail)
hasAmazonOffer
True: It means that an active Amazon offer exists on the product.
False: It means there are no active Amazon offers for the product.
hasOfferWithVATInvoiceGeneration
This field will be equal to ‘true’ only if it has at least one offer from a seller who has adopted an automated solution for VAT invoice generation. This type of offer will guarantee that the buyer will have access to a downloadable VAT invoice.
reviewCount
This shows the total number of customer reviews on each product.
b2bSalesRank
It is the sales rank of each product at the category level. The metric is based only on Amazon Business customer purchases.
b2bSalesRankGrowth
It measures the growth of business sales rank over the past 30 days. It can be ‘High,’ ‘Medium,’ or ‘Low.’ ‘High’ means that the product’s business sales rank has grown over 33% from the previous month. ‘Medium’ means that it has grown from 0% to 33%. ‘Low’ means that the Business Sales Rank has decreased (growth less than 0%).
Pageviews
It measures the number of times that the specific product has been viewed in the past 30 days. It can be ‘High,’ ‘Medium,’ or ‘Low.’
A ‘High’ means that the product is in the top 40% of the product’s category. A ‘Medium’ means the product is in the next 40%. A ‘Low’ means that the product is in the bottom 20% of its Category.
partNumber
It is the Manufacturer Part Number or MPN of the product.
ean
It is the European Article Number or EAN of the product.
UPC
The Universal Product Code, or UPC, of each product.
modelNumber
It is the Model number of each product.
isbn
The International Standard Book Number, or ISBN, of each product.
isBrandYouOffer
true: It means the product shares a brand with at least one of your active offers.
false: It means the product does not share a brand with any of your active offers.
isCategoryYouOffer
true: It shows that the product shares a category with at least one of your active offers.
false: It shows that the product does not share a category with any of your active offers.
productPerformance
It measures the product sales to Amazon Business customers over the past 30 days.
It can be Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3.
Here Tier 1 is best-performing, and Tier 3 is least-performing.
If the product has a business sales rank under 10,000, it is considered ‘Tier 1.’ If a product has a business sales rank between 10,000 and 20,000, then the product is considered ‘Tier 2.’ If the product has a business sales rank over 20,000, it is considered ‘Tier 3.’
Top sales rank
true: It means the product’s sales rank in the top 1,000 for its category.
false: It means the product’s sales do not rank in the top 1,000 for its category.
Low offer count
true: It shows that the product has less than 15 active offers.
false: It shows that the product has more than 15 active offers.
isProductOnAMazon
A ‘true’ means the product is listed on Amazon. A ‘false’ means the product is not listed on Amazon
Note: The report may take up to 10 minutes to generate. The report data and real-time data might vary due to reporting lag.
B2B product opportunities: Products not yet on Amazon
For this report, Amazon uses customer’s demand signals and search data, data from requests for quotes, and product lists submitted by customers.
All the above metrics are used to compile a list of product recommendations that are in demand but are not yet on Amazon.
Note: This report is refreshed weekly similar to the other one. It includes the following data for each product:
ItemName
The title of the product.
Brand
The brand name of the product.
Category
The primary product category. Example: Home and Kitchen
InitialB2bBuyerIndustry
It is the industry of the first customer who requested the product.
PartNumber
The Manufacturer Part Number, or MPN, of each product.
ean
The European Article Number, or EAN, of each product.
Model Number
It is the Model Number of each product.
Upc
It is the UPC, or Universal Product Code of the product.
initialB2bBuyerRequestedDate
It is the date on which Amazon learned that the product is not on their platform. It can be recorded as a result of a customer request.
isbn
The International Standard Book Number, or ISBN, of each product.
