While SellerApp’s chrome extension makes the process much easier. It gives you all the essential metrics in one place and lets you invest your time and energy into finding the most profitable products to sell.

How to use the SellerApp chrome extension

You need a SellerApp Account to use the chrome extension. Don’t worry. It’s free. Just go to SellerApp Register Page, and create your free account.

After registering, use all the SellerApp features through the chrome extension.

  • Go to Amazon and search for a relevant keyword.
  • Then, click on the SellerApp chrome extension logo to start using it.

Let’s see the different features SellerApp chrome extension offers.

Product Insights

On the Amazon search result page, the SellerApp chrome extension provides a basic overview of the products in the search results.

Product Scanner

The Product Scanner page shows you different key metrics for the products in the Amazon search results to help you find a profitable product to sell.

On the left side, you get Avg. Price, Avg. Orders, Avg. Ratings and the Market OS(Market Opportunity Score) for the products.

The higher the Market OS, the more opportunity for the seller to sell the product.

On the right side, you’ll get the following key metrics for all the products in the search results.

  • ASIN
  • Product Name
  • Parent ASIN
  • Brand
  • Category
  • BSR
  • Price
  • Listing Price
  • Ratings
  • No. of Rating
  • Reviews
  • Opportunity Score
  • Listing Health
  • Images
  • Buybox
  • Est. Daily Orders
  • Est. Daily Revenue
  • Est. Monthly Orders

You can also expand the Parent ASINs to see key metrics for product variations.

Additionally, track competitors’ products to get complete insights into the product trend, search visibility, and many other important metrics.

Just select the products you want to track and click on “TRACK PRODUCTS.”

Also, export all the product metrics in a .csv file for further analysis.

If your goal is to find profitable keywords from your competitors, click on the small “key” button in the “Action” column, and it will direct you to SellerApp’s Reverse ASIN tool.

Here, you can compare your product ASIN with your competitor’s ASIN to identify more profitable keywords.

Product Intelligence

To analyze the competitor’s product performance, Product Intelligence is the best tool for you.

Open a product page of your competitor on Amazon → Click on the SellerApp chrome extension → Click on “Product Intelligence.” It’ll open the Chrome Extension Product Intelligence page.

Click on “Track Product” to see all the different metrics.

On the left side of the Product Intelligence page, you’ll find some basic product details, including

  • Opportunity score, 
  • BSR, 
  • Product category, 
  • Brand,
  • Estimated orders/day, and 
  • Estimated revenue/day 

On the right side, you get multiple options that’ll allow you to measure the product’s performance on multiple metrics. Let us go through them one by one:

Trend

The “Trend” page projects the historical data of pricing and offers on the product. It helps you identify patterns in your competitor’s pricing strategies.

Review Extractor

The review extractor helps you filter your competitor’s product reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

You can see the review shares based on different product variations.

You can also download the reviews with one click for further analysis.

Product Keywords

The Product Keyword tab enables you spy on your competitors’ products and discover new relevant keywords. You can also filter the keywords based on Relevancy Score and CPC.

If you want to track any product keywords, mark the checkbox in front of the keyword and then click “TRACK KEYWORD.”

Hit “Save” to confirm again on the pop-up window. If you have already extracted other keywords, add them in the pop-up window to track.

Keyword Tracking

After adding the keywords to the Product Keyword page, go to the “Keyword Tracking” tab to see more metrics of the keywords, such as

  • Indexing status 
  • Number of Indexed products
  • Page rank
  • Current position
  • Position change

You can select relevant keywords from this list and see if your product is indexed for these keywords.

If not, add these keywords to your product listing to boost your campaign, or continue to track these keywords to see long-term trends.

LQI or Listing Quality Index

The listing quality index (LQI) is a weighted score assigned to the product listing based primarily on two factors.

Discoverability

Discoverability is calculated based on how easily your product will be found on Amazon.

It includes four critical metrics.

  • ASIN Indexing
  • Shipping methods
  • Search terms
  • Search Visibility
Desirability

Desirability is calculated based on the metrics of product listing that influence the conversion rate, such as:

  • Title
  • Images
  • Description
  • Bullet Points
  • Ratings
  • Reviews
  • Videos
  • Q&A

You can check the LQI score of a product by going to the “Listing Quality” tab on the SellerApp chrome extension. It helps you understand which part of your product listing isn’t up to the mark and needs improvement.
