What You Get After Connecting

Once your Seller Central data syncs, SellerApp starts analyzing your business and identifying opportunities.

Real-Time Sales and Revenue Tracking
Your sales data syncs every few hours automatically. See what’s selling, what’s trending up or down, and spot issues before they become problems. No waiting for yesterday’s reports to understand what’s happening today.

Inventory Intelligence That Prevents Stockouts
SellerApp monitors inventory levels against sales velocity and sends alerts before you run out. You’ll know exactly when to reorder based on actual demand patterns, not guesswork.

Customer Behavior Insights
Understand repeat purchase rates, refund patterns, and customer lifetime value. This shows you which products deserve more inventory investment and which need fixing.

Why This Connection Matters

Most sellers track sales in Seller Central, inventory in a spreadsheet, and profitability in another Excel file. When you need to decide which products to restock or which ASINs are actually profitable, you’re manually connecting dots that should already be connected.

The Problem Without Integration
You download a sales report. Export inventory levels. Pull refund data. Calculate fees manually. Try to figure out which products are profitable after accounting for everything. Then repeat this process every week.

By the time you realize inventory is low or a product stopped selling, days or weeks have passed.

What Changes After You Connect
Your business data flows into SellerApp automatically. Sales, inventory, orders, fees, and profitability all update in real time. You see exactly what’s happening across your entire catalog without manual report generation.

Inventory alerts arrive before stockouts happen. Profitability calculations update continuously. Refund opportunities get flagged automatically. You make decisions based on current data instead of last week’s exports.

Security and Data Access

SellerApp has won Amazon’s Tech Innovator Award, which means Amazon has verified our security practices, API integration standards, and data handling procedures.

How Authorization Works
You grant access through Amazon’s official OAuth flow. Not through some third-party login. SellerApp uses Amazon’s MWS and SP-API integrations, the secure and approved way to access seller data.

What SellerApp Can Access
Sales and order data, product listings, inventory levels, FBA fees, customer refunds and returns, settlement reports, and financial data.

What SellerApp Cannot Access
Your Amazon password, bank account information, payment details, or customer personally identifiable information (names, addresses, emails).

Can You Revoke Access?
Yes, anytime. Go to your Amazon Seller Central settings under Apps & Services and remove SellerApp’s authorization with one click.

Your data stays encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell your information to third parties.

What Are The Analytics You Can Expect To Gain Access To?

After connecting, you have access to business intelligence features that turn raw data into actionable decisions.

Sales Performance Dashboards
Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue trends. See which products drive the most sales and which are declining. Identify seasonal patterns before peak seasons arrive.

Profitability Analysis
View profit margins per product after all costs. Compare products to see which ones actually make money vs which ones look good on paper but lose money after fees and advertising.

Inventory Management
Get low-stock alerts before you run out. See restock recommendations based on sales velocity and lead times. Track inventory turnover rates to optimize working capital.

Customer Analytics
Understand repeat purchase behavior. Track refund rates by product to identify quality issues. Calculate customer lifetime value to know which products build long-term business.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing changes. Track keyword rankings for your listings. Identify market opportunities for new product launches.

Refund Recovery Tracking
See all reimbursement opportunities Amazon owes you. Track submission status. Recover money from lost inventory, shipping errors, and fee mistakes automatically.

What Automation Features You Get

After connecting, you can enable automation that handles routine tasks for you.

Automated Inventory Alerts
Get email or Slack notifications when inventory drops below threshold levels based on your sales velocity. Never miss a restock window again.

Weekly Performance Reports
Receive automated summaries of sales, profitability, and inventory status every week. No need to manually generate reports.

Anomaly Detection
Get alerted when sales suddenly drop or spike unexpectedly. Catch listing issues, Buy Box losses, or other problems immediately.

Refund Recovery Submissions
SellerApp identifies valid reimbursement claims and helps submit them to Amazon automatically. Recover money without manual case filing.

Multiple Marketplaces

Selling in the US, UK, Germany, or other regions? You can connect Seller Central accounts for each marketplace you operate in.

The connection process is the same for each marketplace. Just repeat the steps above for every region where you sell.

SellerApp keeps each marketplace’s data organized separately so you can see:

  • Consolidated sales across all regions
  • Individual marketplace performance
  • Region-specific inventory levels
  • Currency-converted revenue and profit

No more logging into five different Seller Central accounts to understand your total business.
