The old days when someone could keep one of these niches all to themselves \u2013 and enjoy considerable profit margins in the process \u2013 are long gone. If you want to succeed as an Amazon seller, you need to take every competitive edge you can get. If you are an FBA seller, who is eager to enhance your listing and add videos to Amazon listing, you are in the right place.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Videos are hotter than ever today, and one of the best ways you can promote your product, increase the conversion and connect better with your customers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The first time a shopper sees enhanced content, they are going to stop scrolling. A+ Detail Pages<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Amazon Vendor Central and A+ detail pages are something you would have heard already.<br \/>Amazon Vendor Central was the only way of adding enhanced content and getting access to A+ content previously.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Though it looks to be pretty easy, it is the most difficult amongst the three methods. Getting an invite to Amazon Vendor Central is the most unfriendly part in this. Sellers who have outstanding metrics, higher than $1M in sales and amazing customer reviews can be considered as candidates for Vendor Central.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>An example of A+ Detail Page &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/all-new-amazon-echo-speaker-with-wifi-alexa-dark-charcoal\/dp\/B06XCM9LJ4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amazon Echo Product Page.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It is the most advantageous of the three methods. However, it is a costly affair. Amazon charges around $1,500 to build one page. It covers one ASIN variation family.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>2. Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/blog\/amazon-enhanced-brand-content\/\">Amazon Enhanced Brand Content<\/a> is a new feature Amazon has provided to its third-party sellers.<br \/>EBC or the Enhanced Brand Content is a lite version of the A+ detail pages in Vendor Central. Though a low key affair, it is available to all private label sellers registered in the Amazon Brand Registry program.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>3. Ask customers to leave video reviews<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Though it might take a few requests, it will not only will it impress your future customers, but it might even encourage them to leave video reviews for you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this article, we\u2019ll cover the last two methods in detail, Enhanced Brand Content, and Video Reviews.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enhanced-brand-content\"><strong>Enhanced Brand Content<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhanced Brand Content is an opportunity to associate with your customers\u2014 To convey the identity of your brand, \u00a0and the reason for the existence of your brand &#8211; all with the sole purpose of differentiating your brand from your competitors and to connect to the shoppers&#8217; vibe and keep them coming for more.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prerequisites\"><b>Prerequisites <\/b><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved as brand owners through Amazon\u2019s Brand Registry process.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-create-ebc-detail-pages\"><b>How to create EBC Detail Pages<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for your product, follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In your Seller Central account, click on \u2018Advertising\u2019, from the drop-down click on \u2018Enhanced Brand Content\u2019<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1018\" height=\"364\" class=\"wp-image-6019\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/brand-enhancement.png\" alt=\"enhanced brand content\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/brand-enhancement.png 1018w, https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/brand-enhancement-300x107.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/brand-enhancement-768x275.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1018px) 100vw, 1018px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the SKU representing the ASIN of the product you want to use EBC<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select your desired template and fill the text and image slots <\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the onscreen prompts to upload the following,\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video file<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Image thumbnail<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video title\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video description. This will not show to customers but will be used for categorization.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save your changes or click <\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit to send the content for validation and approval<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verify if the content is published or make changes by clicking Edit for a specific SKU<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Usually, the review can take up to a week. After the review, the status will be reflected on the Enhanced Brand Content home page. If your content does not get approved, you can view the rejection reasons by clicking Edit for a specific SKU.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerapp.com\/help\/article\/amazon-ppc-top-keywords\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s the link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Amazon\u2019s rules and regulations for creating Enhanced Brand Content.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"where-will-it-appear\"><b>Where will it appear?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the video has been approved, it will appear in the following sections of the product detail page.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main image block \u2013 the video will show at the bottom of the image thumbnails in the upper left-hand corner of the detail page<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product Description Section &#8211; The video will appear in the Product Description under \u2018From the manufacturer.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"videos-as-customer-reviews\"><b>Videos as Customer Reviews <\/b><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amazon asks for feedback following a purchase, but it\u2019s a generic email with nothing special. Instead, send personalized review requests; ideally, you want to send them shortly after they\u2019ve received your product, so its awesomeness is still fresh in their minds.
